Research experience: 
Joydev Ghosh received his B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from BCET, Durgapur, West Bengal, India, in 2008, and M. Tech degree in Telecommunication Engineering from NIT, Durgapur, West Bengal, India, in 2013. He serves as a Lecturer and head of the department (HoD) at the department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, The New Horizons Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India. He is currently a PhD student in the School of Computer Science and Robotics at Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU), Tomsk, Russia. His areas of research include Wireless Communications, Femtocell, Cognitive Radio, NOMA, and 5G. He has authored and co-authored over 21 technical papers in scientific journals and international conferences. He has served as a guest editor in a special issue on “Smart Communication and NGNs” in IJSWCC (Bentham Science Publishers) journal. Also, he reviewed for IEEE Systems Journal, AJSE (Springer), Physical Communication (Elsevier), IJCS (Wiley), IEEE Communications Letters, ETT (Wiley), IEEE Access, IET Signal Processing, JNCA (Elsevier).
